About Us
A “reserve” is a place set aside with special meaning. We try to differentiate from other existing coffee shops, for we are a special craft coffee house serving an exceptional Kona bean base. We have a contract with one of the premium farms among 600 coffee farms in the Golden Belt of Kona, where the environment is most fertile. We bring green beans to our roasting warehouse in Houston (Kona Roastery) and distribute freshly roasted beans every week. Therefore, our customers are tasting a cup of coffee made with less than a week old, freshly roasted beans.
Frisco, TX is the first location where our flagship shop under the “Kona Reserve Coffee” brand is located. Our second flagship shop is located in Fulshear, TX, and all our locations consistently serve the same high-quality beans, every single time.
Kona Roastery and Kona Reserve is a home away from home; where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while you relax or do some work. We provide the utmost service to ensure our customers’ needs and satisfaction.

A rare 100% light roast Kona region coffee bean that is smooth to the taste. Peaberry has fruity and champagne-like notes, and an airy flavor.

KONA EXTRA FANCY
A single origin 100% Kona region coffee bean with a good balance of sweet and sour tropical fruits. Kona Extra Fancy is a bold and balanced medium roast.
